  3. Return Condition: Returned products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them. We reserve the right to deny a refund if the returned item does not meet these criteria.

  4. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product arrived damaged or was sent in error. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received. We are not responsible for return items being lost or stolen in transit. 

  5. Refund Process: Once we receive your return and inspect the product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days, or a replacement product will be sent to you in exchange, or we will issue a store credit depending on the case scenario of the return. 

  6. Partial Refunds: In some cases, a partial refund may be granted for products that show signs of use, damage, or are not in their original condition.

Damaged or Defective Products:

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged item and its packaging. We will promptly arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund.

Please note that certain items may not be eligible for a refund due to hygiene and safety reasons. These items include opened or used cosmetics, skincare items, and any products marked as non-returnable.
